Professor Ivy Ng has been Group Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth) since January 2012. Prior to her appointment as SingHealth’s Chief, she was the Chief Executive Officer of KK Women's & Children's Hospital (KKH) from 2004 to 2012, and Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer of SingHealth from 2008 to 2012. She was KKH’s Chair of the Medical Board from 2003 to 2004 and Head of the Hospital’s Department of Paediatric Medicine from 2002 to 2003.

She was conferred the Singapore Human Resource Institute Leading CEO Award 2008, the International Management Action Award 2010, the Public Administration Medal (Gold) 2011 and Her World Woman of the Year 2012. She is Chair of the Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC) Health Endowment Fund and SNEC Health Research Endowment Fund and member of the Boards of SingHealth Foundation, Eastern Health Alliance, Integrated Health Information Systems, Singapore Management University, the National Medical Research Council (NMRC), Biomedical Research Council (BMRC) and the Health Biomedical Sciences (HBMS) Committee.
